Our passion drives everything we do, including our passion for people, ingredients, learning, and growth. We pair operational excellence with empathetic leadership, and we’re looking for the next key member of our team.

We’re hiring a Front of House (FOH) Manager, who should be a service-focused leader ready to take the next step in their hospitality journey. If you’ve spent a few years working in restaurants, gained experience leading teams, and are eager to grow into a more strategic and supportive role, we’d love to meet you.

    What You’ll Do

As our FOH Manager, you'll help lead daily service while supporting and developing our front-of-house team. You’ll be hands-on in shaping the guest experience, while learning the behind-the-scenes operations of restaurant leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting daily service by leading pre-shift line-ups, managing floor flow, and assisting the host team

Helping guide and coach FOH staff through ongoing training and daily feedback

Learning and participating in key operational tasks like reservations, basic scheduling, cash handling, and opening/closing duties

Acting as a go-to support for team members and guests during shifts

Collaborating with the management team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of hospitality

    Who You Are

You have 2 to 4 years of restaurant experience, including at least one year in a lead or supervisor role

You're passionate about food, beverages, and creating unforgettable guest experiences

You’re comfortable guiding others and curious about developing leadership skills

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and always looking to grow

    Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, though we take work/life balance into account and want to make sure you have two days off per week! (We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other select holidays throughout the year)

    Why Work With Us?
