Floreria Atlantico is looking for a talented Floor Manager to join the opening team of our iconic global brand. Responsibilities: • Leading, training, and mentoring staff. • Overseeing inventory management and ensuring operational efficiency. • Hiring and developing team members. • Supporting daily operations and maintaining high standards of service. • Engaging with guests to create memorable dining experiences. • Collaborating with a management team to ensure the restaurant’s success. Qualifications: • Passion for service, strong knowledge, and prior experience in an upscale restaurant. • Two to three years of previous management experience in an upscale restaurant. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask. • High level of creativity. • Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and late nights. • Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting. • Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English. Compensation: $75,000
