Seneca Past and Present Inc. is a local 501(c)(3) that is searching for dependable, observant floor monitors in the Louisville, KY area. Floor Monitors will help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment at charitable gaming locations. You’ll monitor activity, respond calmly to incidents and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
You’ll work closely with the cashier and site management team to uphold a professional and welcoming atmosphere while protecting assets and ensuring everyone’s safety.
Shifts Available: 10am-6pm, 6p-2am, 12am-6am, or 10pm-6am
Employment Type: Part-time, Weekends, W2, Set schedule
Pay: $20 p/hr
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the gaming area, entry points, and parking lot to ensure a secure environment.
Greet patrons courteously and verify IDs or credentials when required.
Observe customers for any signs of concern or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to incidents, disputes, or emergencies in a professional manner.
Complete daily security reports, incident logs, and other required documentation.
Maintain communication with the cashier and management team throughout each shift.
Ensure compliance with all charitable gaming rules and company policies.
Perform light inspections (doors, alarms, cameras, etc.) to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent observational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent required
