Part-Time Floor Technician / Janitor – Night Shift

Pay: $17/hour | Schedule: Tue, Thu, Fri, 9:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. (may change to 10:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.)

Floor care is the primary duty; janitorial tasks are only when needed. Occasionally, you may be asked to cover shifts on off days if another team member is absent for cleaning / janitorial.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish floors

Deep clean carpets and upholstery

Inspect floors for hazards

Restock supplies and maintain equipment

Janitorial tasks as needed, which may include:

Cleaning restrooms

Washing windows

Mopping floors

Cleaning showers

Any other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in commercial or industrial janitorial cleaning required

Knowledge of floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.)

Able to work independently with attention to detail

Physically able to bend, crouch, reach, walk, lift, and push

Good communication skills
