The Floor Care Specialist will perform specialized cleaning and maintenance services on a variety of flooring surfaces in commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis area. Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of proper floor care procedures, equipment operation, and industry best practices.

Required Experience

Candidates should have experience with:

Carpet cleaning and extraction

Carpet spotting and stain removal

Hard floor scrubbing and refinishing

Stripping and waxing/VCT floor maintenance

Burnishing, buffing, and polishing

Floor care equipment operation and maintenance

Proper chemical usage and safety procedures

Qualifications

Previous floor care experience required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour (with verified floor care experience)
