Company: A&M JV LLC Location: Norfolk, Virginia Employment Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (approximately 20 hours/week) Compensation: Competitive hourly wage plus Service Contract Act (SCA) Health & Welfare fringe benefits. Position Summary: Maintain hard floor and carpeted surfaces at a federal facility and assist with custodial duties as needed. Essential Duties:

Operate commercial floor equipment.

Strip, scrub, buff, burnish, and refinish floors.

Vacuum and maintain carpeted areas.

Maintain entry mats.

Assist with general custodial duties.

Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.

Follow safety procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Commercial floor care experience preferred

Knowledge of floor finishes and equipment.

Reliable transportation.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Employment Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must complete Form I-9 employment eligibility verification.

Must successfully complete any required background screening for access to a federal installation.

Must be able to obtain and maintain credentials required to work at a U.S. Government facility.

Reliable attendance and professional conduct are required
