We provide high-quality commercial cleaning services across , Baltimore/Owing Mills and surrounding area. We are looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform floor care tasks such as auto-scrubbing, burnishing, stripping and waxing, scrubbing and re-coating, carpet extraction, and bonneting.
    • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
    • Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
    • Ensure a clean, polished, and professional appearance of floors in various commercial settings.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Floor Technician.
    • Knowledge of floor care procedures and the use of related equipment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
    • Reliable transportation to various job sites across Baltimore/Owing Mills and surrounding areas.

    Requirements:

    • MUST Have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
    • 2 YEARS Previous Floor Tech experience preferred.
    • Willing to Travel in company provided vehicle and gas card.

    *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.
