Responsibilities: Install, repair, and restore flooring surfaces, including epoxy coatings, with precision and care Prepare surfaces by cleaning and applying floor care products to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for sanding, buffing, and finishing floors Perform floor preparation tasks such as concrete finishing, surface grinding, or patching damaged areas prior to coating application Assist with water damage restoration projects by removing damaged flooring materials and applying appropriate restoration techniques Collaborate with team members Skilled in using hand tools such as grinders, buffing machines, and other power tools Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to follow technical instructions accurately Qualifications: Proven experience in flooring installation Skilled in using hand tools such as, grinders, buffing machines, and other power tool s Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to technical instructions accurately Valid Drivers License Drivers Only: Experience driving truck with trailer attached Must pass drug test Occasional overnight or up to a week travel Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
