FLOORET is a young and design-forward eCommerce flooring company serving both residential and commercial customers. With an eye on building a larger eCommerce footprint to continue to disrupt the traditional model for how floors are sold, we are looking for a driven, customer service-oriented person to join our sales and support team at our San Diego, CA corporate office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team in a successful eCommerce startup that has a bright future. We are looking for someone who takes pride in working effectively in a fast-paced environment, stays positive about challenges inherent to working at a young company, is a creative and persistent problem-solver, and communicates well as part of a small team. Because we are still a young company, you will have a chance to help us establish and formalize processes and procedures as well. RESPONSIBILITIES: Under direct supervision, you will act as a customer success representative for inbound leads, as well as provide support to our Trade partners. This includes everything from providing general customer support to executing advanced sales tactics to close high-value sales.
You will not be expected to be an expert on flooring when you join us, but should be excited to learn and able to answer all product and installation questions within 3 months. We pride ourselves on our exceptional support and technical expertise and you should feel confident that you can help us continue to set ourselves apart from our competitors with our customer service.
