Seeking motivated, organized and reliable team members for our growing firm based out of Jacksonville, FL. As a Remote Recruiter you can reside anywhere! Team members are given directives to manage their day and are expected to work comfortably independently. We have virtual team meetings to give support and guidance to set you up for success. This Remote Recruiting opportunity is for self motivated individuals who have great time management and communication skills....a true 'Multi tasker! 

This is a 1099 role with a high earning opportunity. Paid trainging is offered + commission on placements. This role requires at least 1 year of full cycle recruitment experience, with excellent communication and people skills. The role has flexibility, training tools and unlimited earning potential.  You may be invited to travel to industry trade shows from time to represent the company which is always an enjoyable and great way to network with potential clients, coworkers and gain industry experiance.  Flooring, Window Coverings and /or Construction indsutry experiance is a bonus.
