We are currently seeking a full-time ENTRY LEVEL Call Center Coordinator to join our team!
Job Description
- Data Entry
- Taking incoming calls
- Process orders
- Create Schedules
- Handle customer inquires and "issues"
- File closed orders and other clerical duties
- Work hours 9am-6pm M-F
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Basic grammar skills
- Ability to multitask
- Phone etiquette
- Ability to follow up and follow through
- Positive demeanor
- Previous experience a plus
- Bilingual: English and Spanish a definite plus!
