Ideal candidates :

Should possess excellent communication skills (Must be able to communicate effectively with customers in English)

Must own a business

Be able to pass a background check

Have their own transportation & tools

Carry all insurances (General Liability, Commercial Auto Liability, Worker's Compensation or Worker's Compensation Exempt)

Must obtain or possess LEAD LLRP & LEAD Firm certifications

Company registry must be active in The Division of Corporations (SunBiz for Florida based companies)

Possess a Business Tax Receipt (if applicable)

Must be proficient in floor installation (Carpet, Vinyl, Tile, Hard Surface)
