The ideal individual seeks to achieve success by delivering an outstanding level sales as well as social media management in an atmosphere that is consistently nothing short of highly demanding and amazingly satisfying! FlorVino is opening its doors on November 1st. This position is largely home based with moderate travel across Texas. FlorVino team members are located in different cities across the state. A monthly team meeting will take place near San Antonio. Some of the skills successful candidates should possess: * Positive attitude and passion for bringing out the best in life from within yourself, your team and your customers * Appreciate high quality food and beverages and have a well developed palate * A passion to grow a business * Strong sales skills * Highly creative marketing skills * Strong writing skills * Strong communication skills * Curious about everything life offers * Passionate, engaged, energetic and entrepreneurial spirit with high critical thinking skills What you'll be doing: * Selling and sampling the most exciting wine product in Texas at Festivals and Markets * Managing all social media communications of FlorVino * Crafting social media ads & boosting posts * Track success of social media campaigns * Making sales calls to restaurants, stores and other B2B targets in the DFW area * Develop PR campaigns and write press releases * Ensuring top quality both in production, customer relations and management execution We're looking for someone who has: * 1+ years experience in sales * Well versed with social media * Bachelor's degree preferred (ideally marketing, sales or PR related) * Social media and eshop knowledge * Home party sales experience is a strong asset * Entrepreneurial mindset - creative, guerrilla marketing, can do, results driven * Working knowledge of spreadsheets, Word, CRM and POS systems * Comfortable with working weekends and approximately 45-50 hours per week * Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stand for an entire day and possess the ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25-50 pounds * Must be at least 21 years old Benefits: * Starting salary between $40K and $45K per year, depending on experience * Sales goals based bonus * Three weeks paid vacation, paid holidays * Work for a growing Texas company where you are highly valued and where your ideas are heard * Satisfaction of being an integral part of bringing flower wines to Texas, to act like an entrepreneur and grow with the company.
