YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience managing Hotel/Condo projects from inception to close out and a project list/portfolio to showcase your proven success
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Excellent communication and constructability
- The ability to confidently manage complex General Contractors and diverse teams, demonstrating your leadership capabilities and presence
- A proven record of being a hands-on problem solver with a ‘Make it Happen’ attitude

COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $250,000 - $300,000
- Standard benefits plus auto allowance and performance-based incentives
