DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Proven track record in managing comprehensive financial and accounting responsibilities in a General Contracting environment.
• Strong proficiency in construction financial management, including WIP reports, bonding requirements, and contract financial reviews, projections and project cost control.
• Experience as a Construction Comptroller with aspirations for a CFO/CFO leadership role within the organization.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
• Proven ability to oversee and manage a financing and accounting department
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, hands-on approach to team collaboration.

• A well-established Specialty Contracting firm that that specializes in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations and design build projects

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range up to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• Standard benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
