YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience on vertical construction projects as a seasoned Superintendent, preferably on ground-up luxury residential or commercial projects.
- Passion for exceeding expectations and delivering a truly exceptional finished product.
- Computer literacy, proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Meticulous review and comprehension of all contract documents, drawings, specifications, and material selections for luxury custom homes.
- Proficient use of industry-standard software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, for communication, reporting, and project management.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills to effectively supervise and motivate a team of construction professionals, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Unwavering commitment to safety and adherence to all applicable codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

COMPENSATION
- Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000
