Title: Senior Structures Estimator (Miami, FL)

WHY YOU WOULD WANT THIS POSITION

• You are the expert on the Estimating team when it comes to estimating and preconstruction/design build process for the structures portion for Transportation (Airport, Seaport, Train, Bus etc.) projects in the $100 million + range.
• You enjoy being the lead authority on structures within the Construction Management firm you employ with.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or related degree and the combined work experience.
• Ability to work with Architects and Engineers to provide structural design solutions.
• Ability to represent company in matters related to value engineering and budgeting for structural matters on new construction projects.

WHO YOU WOULD REPORT TO

• You would report to the VP of Estimating and Preconstruction and work
• Hand in hand with the Senior Heavy Civil Estimator and the full support team for estimating

ABOUT THE COMPANY

• A Florida-based construction firm specializing Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Government projects.

COMPENSATION

• Base salary: $140,000 - $160,000
• Full Benefit Suite including 401K and Annual Bonus
