Title: Construction General Project Superintendent - Healthcare (Miami, FL)

WHY YOU WOULD WANT THIS THIS POSITION

• You are the lead field expert experienced on new hospital projects and expansions $150 Million contract value and above
• You are seeking to lead project teams for a top 100 Construction Management firm in Florida.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience as a General/Lead Superintendent on 100 million dollar + Projects.
• Scheduling and Project Planning Experience.
• Construction Management, Civil Engineering Degree a plus, but not required.
• If you are the man for the job then you know the experience it takes.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

• A Florida-based construction firm specializing in Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Government projects.

COMPENSATION

• Base salary: $200,000-250,000 or commensurate with experience
• Full Benefit Suite including 401K and Annual Bonus
• Auto allowance/gas card
