Job Description

We are seeking a Lawyer / Attorney / Litigator to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in active ligation against insurance companies regarding first-party property insurance claims throughout the state of Florida. This position will be remote. Responsibilities: * Represent clients in court * Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients * Advise clients on litigation strategy and settlement offers * Negotiate settlements for legal disputes * Comply with all legal standards and regulations * Litigation. We allow our lawyer to be lawyers and have a large support staff to handle most if not all administrative and non-legal duties. ​​ Qualifications: * Florida Bar License (Bonus for any attorney also licensed in Louisiana) * Familiarity with various legal documents, issues and concepts * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * We are looking for motivated and dedicated litigators, if that's you send us your resume so we can setup an interview.
