Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for the administrative maintenance of Relius, including the creation of Crystal Reports, monitoring of job queues and STP jobs. Running and writing scripts in the Relius database.

• Provide support to otherdepartments as it relates to Relius
• Evaluate and ensure all jobs are producing desired results
• Troubleshoot and document issues
• Analyze and recommend system enhancements
• Test new releases and upgrades
• Create and maintain business requirements that meet the expectations of the clients and business.

  Requirements

  • Must have extensive knowledge working with Relius; tables, scripts and jobs
  • Worked as an end user on Relius
  • Strong knowledge and / or experience in the Retirement Industry.
  • Relius Administration experience is a must
  • 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Knowledge of web-based applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to balance requirements for multiple projects and priorities while adhering to strict time guidelines

    The company is based out of Miami; however, remote positions will be considered.
