Responsibilities: • Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, including preparing and filing legal documents, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements • Analyze clients' financial situations to determine the best course of action for debt relief, including Chapter 7, Chapter 13, or other bankruptcy alternatives • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bankruptcy laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide effective legal counsel • Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as paralegals and attorneys, to develop strategies and solutions for complex bankruptcy cases Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience practicing bankruptcy law • Florida Bar Association • Admitted to the U.S. Southern District of Florida Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
