Responsibilities: • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Attending weekly and monthly in-person meetings and training • Be a team player • Abide by all state and local laws including the Fair Housing Act • Treat all customers, vendors, and real estate agents with professionalism and kindness • Participate in community events with teammates • Stay curious with a growth mindset Qualifications: • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Organized and manages time effectively • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • A current valid FL Real Estate license is required Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
