We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our busy Sign shop! The ideal candidate will have experience with billing and inventory, and most importantly, be a Quickbooks expert.
This role will include assisting our graphic designer with large sign orders by :
Answering phones
Helping customers in person and via email
Logging invoices into Quickbooks
Helping with inventory
Quoting and tracking customer orders
being a liaison between customers and sign shop manager
MUST HAVE :
Experience with Quickbooks
Administrative experience
Microsoft Excel a plus
Organizational skills
interpersonal skills
Experience in a sign shop is a plus but not necessary!
