Responsibilities:

• Conduct face to face sales calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services, and effectively presenting their benefits.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the specified timeframes.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, competitive landscape, and target market to effectively address customer needs and objections.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to final purchase.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and product knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
