    SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER, PROPOSALS

    The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and work within that role to contribute to the planning, development, execution and success of Consigli’s proposal, interview and qualification activities in support of the business development pursuits for the company. The role serves as a marketing consultant to internal partners, providing strategic guidance and support for initiatives that cross multiple markets and regions.

    Required Skills

    • Contributes to Consigli’s mission and goals by leading all major department initiatives and client facing pursuits (i.e., intro presentations, annual prequals, RFQs, RFPs and interviews)
    • Offers support, mentorship and guidance to entire production team across all offices
    • Focuses on creating internal raving fans with all pursuit stakeholders (i.e., Office Leaders, Executives, Department Heads, Business Development, Operations, and Professional Service Group team members)
    • Observe and track individual coordinator performance by work product and internal customer feedback
    • Evaluate, identify and coordinate the need for training, development and mentorship
    • Accountable for managing the proposal close-out process (i.e. basic information, references, case studies, customized approaches, etc.)
    • Enforce the accuracy of Consigli’s brand in marketing deliverables and collateral
    • Oversee top-ten pursuits for all offices in coordination with Regional Marketing Managers and/or coordinators
    • Develop customized technical content to improve basic information for pursuits and collateral
    • Seek continuous improvement to marketing production process

    Required Experience

    • 7+ years of proposal management experience in construction industry (required)
    • Previous experience managing a team
    • Highly knowledgeable in construction management, regional trends, market sector trends and regional competition (required)
    • Strong writing, proofreading and editing capability (experience with technical writing preferred)
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of staff and management
    • Adobe Creative Cloud Products (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro)
    • Microsoft Word Products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
