Location: Los Angeles, CA Type: Full-Time Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (plus 4% 401K match)

We blend artistry with logistics — from fresh floral installations to curated plant maintenance and seasonal events and displays.
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced floral professional with strong team-management skills and a clean driving record to lead daily operations at our Los Angeles location. This hybrid position combines hands-on floral design, delivery coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a small team of floral designers and assistants.
Manage daily workflow, ensuring design quality and on-time deliveries.
Create and install custom floral arrangements for events and weekly accounts.
Safely drive company delivery van for client installations and pickups.
Oversee inventory, flower conditioning, and cooler organization.
Maintain client satisfaction through professionalism and reliability.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in floral design, retail, or event floristry.
2+ years experience supervising or managing a team.
Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle large arrangements with care.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Familiarity with event set-ups, floral coolers, and safe transport practices.
