    Buyer's Agent for Top Real Estate Team One of the top Real Estate teams in Colorado is looking to bring on 3 new partners in Q1 of 2024 to add to our 28 existing partners spread from Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs, with most being in the Denver metro area. Depending on experience, you could be eligible to join as a: • Partner: **** Keep your brand, keep your brokerage, and keep almost ALL of your commission! Our "Partner" role is revolutionary, and allows you the autonomy you want and the collaboration and leverage you need! • Agent: Incredible balance of systems & support with the highest commission splits of any team in Colorado. Free yourself up to do what you're great at; face-to-face with clients! Tons of leads & appointments, staff to take everything off your plate, and collaboration with other top agents. 75% of the network is in the "Agent" role. • Jr. Agent: incredible 90-day training program to get you into production ASAP! Hands-on training with the top agents in Colorado, leads to cut your teeth on, tons of listings to hold Open Houses at. Everything you need to make sure your career is flourishing in 90 days! We don't care what brokerage you're at, but do have inroads with a few different brands and will negotiate a better deal for you than you currently have, most likely (and/or recommend a few other options that might make more financial sense for you). Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound leads ASAP and convert them to appointment • Show properties to prospective buyers • Write purchase offers and place properties under contract • Negotiate throughout the contingency period • Participate in team activities and events to build relationships with co-workers • Participate in non-profit activities to better our community • Be a good person (work hard, be kind) Qualifications: • Prefer at least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience (would consider training the right person though) • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Must have a history of strong work ethic and success in previous roles Compensation: $100,000
