Laboratory Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and confident Laboratory Sales Representative. Much of the job will be outside in the field, calling on prospective clients every day while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. In doing so, you will analyze the needs of your clients and deliver high-quality, cost-effective laboratory services.
Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 + Commission (per year)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing or other applicable major
- Minimum 1-3 years outside sales experience in a diagnostic clinical laboratory role and/or with a healthcare firm.
- A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past 3 years
- Strong understanding of clinical testing and specimen requirements
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, while communicating with sales leadership
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Primary Responsibilities include: ·
- Advance the company’s success through bringing on new accounts and driving profitability within a designated territory
- Generate sales through existing and new leads
- Utilize and maintain a Customer Relationship Management database (CRM)
- Partner with laboratory operations to provide exceptional, customer-focused service
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
- Maintain proficient level of competitive knowledge
