    Flower & Landscape Specialist

Do you love working with flowers, getting your hands in the soil, and creating outdoor spaces that truly wow people? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, passionate Flower & Landscape Specialist to join our team and help bring beautiful landscapes to life throughout the seasons.

You’ll work alongside our Lead Horticulturist to install, care for, and maintain vibrant seasonal and perennial flower beds. If you take pride in your work and love seeing the results of your effort bloom right in front of you, you’ll fit right in.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

Planting & Design: Install annuals, perennials, bulbs, ornamental shrubs, and small trees according to landscape plans — helping create stunning, eye-catching displays.

Care & Grooming: Keep beds looking polished and healthy through deadheading, weeding, pruning, and daily hands-on care.

Soil & Plant Health: Prepare soil, apply fertilizers, and identify or treat common plant issues to keep everything thriving.

Watering & Irrigation: Hand-water delicate plants and monitor irrigation systems to ensure proper moisture levels. Assist with drip line installations as needed.

Seasonal Refreshes: Help with spring and fall clean-ups — clearing beds, refreshing soil, planting new seasonal color, and applying mulch.

    What We’re Looking For:

A solid understanding of flowers and plant care (especially local varieties). An eye for detail — you notice spacing, color balance, and the little things that make landscapes pop. Physical stamina — you’re comfortable bending, kneeling, working outdoors, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Comfortable using common landscaping tools like pruners, shovels, loppers, blowers and rakes. Previous gardening or landscape experience is a plus — but passion and work ethic go a long way. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and creating landscapes that people genuinely appreciate, we’d love to hear from you.

    Let’s grow something great together.
