Flowly Solutions is actively hiring production workers for our logistics team.

These are full time, long term positions with room to grow within the business. Prior experience in a production environment is preferred but we are willing to train a candidate who is eager to learn.

Working hours are Monday through Friday. We do not require weekend availability. Based on workload, overtime may be required. We are hiring for two shifts, either 6:00am through 2:30pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Using hand and power tools to assembly products for our clients
• Performing quality inspections on items before sending them to the next stage of production
• Working in a team based environment and taking instruction from your lead
• Loading and unloading trucks with boxes by hand or with a pallet jack
• Using our computer software to process completed orders
• Following all safety procedures and policies
• Effectively communicate issues in production with management and your team
• Packaging and labeling outgoing orders
• Assisting in other departments and learn multiple job duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production is plus but it is not required
• The willingness to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Computer literacy and typing ability
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
