Flowly Solutions is hiring for our packing team.

This position is entry level, no previous experience is required. We are happy to train the right person for this job.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

As a packager employee, you will be packing boxes and preparing them for our customers. You must be detail oriented and be able to meet certain production goals. This is a fast paced position with potential overtime required.

We are hiring for a day shift and swing shift. We are flexible with working hours but do require full time work.

Responsibilities:

• Packaging items into boxes efficiently and accurately
• Follow detailed instructions from leads
• Work in a team based environment
• Meet certain metrics to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner
• Gather items from other departments if needed
• Help other areas of production that may need assistance
• Checking final work to ensure correct item count
• Load and unload trucks

Qualifications:

• Lifting items as heavy as 30 pounds throughout the shift
• The ability to speak English is a plus but not required
• Work overtime if needed
• Stand for the entirety of working hours
• Reliable transport to work
• No formal education is required
