We are looking for a strategic designer to support the evolution of our Marketing and Sales channels. Under the Creative Director, you will collaborate with internal and external partners in concepting disruptive, and innovative experiences ranging from environmental design, advertising campaigns and branded apparel to print collateral. Design solutions will reflect Fluent’s design ethos and enhance the consumer and employee experience. You should be comfortable providing appropriate business, design, consumer and cultural story-telling within the context and parameters necessary in order to achieve successful outcomes.This graphic designer will be responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design\art solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. Candidates for interview will be selected based on overall design portfolio quality and depth. This position will have a key role and designation in decision-making on projects as they collaborate with others designer(s) and creative directors in creating concepts, comps, layouts and final art. In this full-time position, the variety and range of interesting projects and campaigns require expert/high level proficiency and experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign.Job Responsibilities

Required Skills

Mastery of design-related software (Adobe Creative Cloud)

Strong oral and written communications skills including meeting facilitation and presentations. Strong ability to effectively communicate complex ideas/concepts to senior leadership.

Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships

Sound judgment and ability to contribute meaningfully to the determination of methods, policy and strategy.

Ability to motivate others, deal with ambiguity, and effectively collaborate in decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Graphic Design experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities and talents

Understanding of and ability to implement strategic design methods and practices

Preferred Qualifications

2-5 years experience in Advertising Photography
