The Marketing and Communication Specialist is a person skilled in humanconnection, and a creative thinker. This specialist would be responsible foralways having their “finger on the pulse” of the industry, and maintainingawareness of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities would include:

• Developing and maintaining touch point colander• Overseeing the execution of each touch point campaign• Producing an analysis of each campaign, recommending actionsbased on relevant data• Producing content for social media campaigns, largely centeredaround photography and graphic design.• Making sure that brand messaging is cohesive and that all internalparties are clear on current objectives.• be the chief social listener on all major social media platforms. Thisincludes observing conversation, engaging with relevant profiles andproducing recommendations based on current news and media.

Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrated ability to build strategies aligned with business goalsand company culture.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustratorand Premier.• Comfortable on a variety of social platforms, including Instagram,Twitter and Facebook.• Basic understanding of web-based platforms such as WIX orSquarespace.• Strong expertise and leadership skills, and aptitude to take informed,creative risks.• Ability and agility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changingenvironment.• Ability to influence in multiple ways and build credibility quickly with keystakeholders and peers.• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multipleprojects with tight deadlines.• Demonstrated experience in setting goals and developing ways tomeasure those goals.
