We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CRM Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customer relationship management system, Podio. This includes setting up new users, customizing and optimizing workflows, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for training team members on how to use the system and developing and implementing best practices for data management.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage user accounts within Podio
• Customize and optimize workflows within the system
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the system
• Train team members on how to use Podio effectively
• Develop and implement best practices for data management within the system
• Stay up-to-date on new features and functionality within Podio and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with other team members to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions

Requirements:

• Experience with customer relationship management systems (Podio, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc…)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of data management best practices
• Familiarity with agile methodologies a plus
