We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CRM Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customer relationship management system, Podio. This includes setting up new users, customizing and optimizing workflows, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for training team members on how to use the system and developing and implementing best practices for data management.
