Fluent Solar is looking for talented go-getters to fill our financial coordinator role. Our financial coordinators are responsible for assisting our sales representatives and customers with the financing of the system from point of sale to energization. They do this by communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, engaging in thoughtful problem solving, keeping our commitments, and embracing an ownership mindset.

The ideal candidate has a strong desire to grow and pursue a fulfilling solar career. They are thoughtful, detail-oriented individuals with a willingness to be coached and continuously improve. They are strong communicators with a background in providing high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Growth and goal-oriented
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High levels of customer service experience

Day in the life

• Shift: M-F 9-5pm
• Daily budgeting responsibilities
• Work with a team to ensure that each project is on track to meet various milestone expectations
• Use of basic math on a daily basis
• Communicate with both customers and other departments
