    The Enterprise Recruiter leads talent acquisition activities for Enterprise/Corporate groups and supports Business Unit recruiting efforts for critical/targeted areas. This position takes a lead and collaborative role in the formulation and deployment of Recruiting Strategy for the Enterprise. This includes development of sourcing programs, establishing institutional relationships, and supporting process improvements within the Business Units. The Enterprise Recruiter is a coach and establishes best practices across the Enterprise.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • RECRUITING: Manage full recruiting life-cycle for an ongoing portfolio of job openings for Enterprise/Corp roles, Sr. Leadership searches and targeted (high priority/need) needs within business units. This includes Requisitioning, Sourcing, Selection, Offer Mgmt and smooth transition to Onboarding activities.
    • PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Research, Design and Deploy sourcing programs that enhance the candidate pipeline for the entire enterprise. Establish institutional relationships and construct sourcing templates/tool-kits that can be customized and deployed by the business units within their local job markets/industries. Initiatives may include - but are not limited to - job fairs, internships & apprentice programs, college/trade school recruiting.
    • TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGY: Participate in Employment Branding. Coach and lead Business Units with creating Recruitment Plans. Research trends and best practices, then help leverage findings at both the Enterprise and Business unit level. Participate in community and institutional groups to build relationships that advance sourcing pipelines. May also involve Recruiting/Talent analytics activities to measure and forecast progress or identify opportunities. 
    • OTHER/MISC: Periodically participate in activities to help support and enable an integrated Talent & HCM Enterprise. This might include Talent Review, Performance, Onboarding, Workforce Planning related projects. Provide administrative oversight of ATS and related record keeping to ensure accurate compliance reporting and onboarding paperwork.

    Required Experience

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years experience in Recruiting. Preferably a blended experience with sourcing Professional, STEM and Senior Leadership roles. Employment branding skills a plus.
    • Other Requirements: Experience with digital/social media sourcing, building sourcing programs, establishing institutional relationships, and community relations (as it relates to sourcing). Fluency in Spanish and/or other foreign languages a plus.
