Admissions and Retail Associate (Part-time)
The Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum is looking for friendly, welcoming and outgoing
part-time Admissions and Retail Associates to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
These positions support our Guest Services Division by acting as front-line ambassadors for
FHCAM and performing all “front of house” activities.

About the Position
You’ll join a top-notch team and will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by
performing a wide range of customer-facing activities such as greeting guests, assisting with
customer purchases, cashiering, ticketing, providing directions and general information about
the local and regional area. Admissions and Retail Associates work in the Museum Gift Store
and may assist in event and pop-up stores as needed.

High-school diploma or GED; equivalent combinations will be considered.
_ Licenses and Certifications and Other Requirements:_
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
