KSR Foam and Technical Products LLC is seeking a part time Foam Fabricator to join our growing team in Garden Grove, CA.

In this hands-on role, you will use specialized tooling and equipment to shape foam parts according to customer specifications. You will also work with other production employees ensuring quality and efficiency on the manufacturing floor.

No prior foam experience required — we will provide training!

Pay

Starting rate: Based on experience ($18-$23)

Additional Compensation

Shipping bonus eligibility based on performance and attendance

Schedule

Open to discuss either full days Monday through Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or partial days 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM Additional: Saturdays and overtime are a possibility

Responsibilities

Lead fabrication of foam parts using cutting tools and specialized equipment

Follow proper procedures

Follow and enforce quality standards and work instructions

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Take initiative and assist with problem-solving on the manufacturing floor

Qualifications

Construction or manufacturing/assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to read blueprints or drawings, or willingness to learn

Basic math and measurement skills, including tape measure usage

Ability to follow step-by-step instructions carefully

Strong teamwork skills and reliability

Able to communicate in Basic English

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment

Knowledge or experience of AS9100 is a plus

Physical Requirements

Standing and walking for long periods of time

Frequent use of hands and fingers

Lift/move/position: 25 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs routinely

Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs alone, 100 lbs with assistance

Exposure to moving parts, machine noise, dust, and debris
