Salary: $45.00/hr.

Position Requirements:

• Current RN License in the state where employed, with no restrictions on the registry.
• Two forms of identification (Driver's License and Social Security card)
• COVID Vaccination
• Most recent Negative PPD (within last 12 months) OR Chest X-ray (within last 5 years)
• BLS Certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience
• Must have 6+ months of previous experience in a Long-Term Care and/or Assisted Living setting
• Clean criminal background and ability to pass a drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments as instructed by a physician or RN
• Monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate
• Assist with medical procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as social workers and physical therapists, to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families about their medications, treatments, and healthcare needs
• Perform basic nursing tasks, such as wound care, catheterization, and IV administration
• Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatments in electronic medical records

Working Conditions:

The RN will be required to work in a healthcare facility, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. The job may require the RN to lift and move patients or heavy equipment. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
