Focal's solutions consist of powerful devices in stores that leverage deep learning computer vision technology.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES

• People and Project Management Skills
• 3+ years experience as an Engineering Manager
• Can execute a Product Roadmap to spec
• Proven, hands-on experience in full-cycle software development and architecture
• Strong people and leadership skills, with the natural capability to command respect from development and engineering teams
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to lead, mentor and teach engineers
• Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Craft and execute best-in-class product development processes.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors, Masters or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
