    Job Description

    We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for supporting the Sales department in all day to day sales activities including lead generation, providing prospects with product and service information and assisting current clients with the same concierge-level service Focus 360 is known for in the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • College degree preferred, but not required
    • 1-2 years in a professional work environment
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a plus
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
