Focus Business Group, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Manager in our Columbia, MO office.  We are established sales professionals growing a new insurance brokerage, and are looking for a like-minded, hard-working sales professional that wants to build a career. The perfect candidate is outgoing, has a track record as a top producer, and is ready to start building a team within the first year.

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• A proven track record in closing sales and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The aptitude to develop knowledge of company products and services (i.e., a quick learner).
• The drive to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• The willingness to maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. We go the extra mile for our clients and the results reflect it.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry, dental industry, pharmaceutical industry or a marketing background is a PLUS but not required.
• Experience coaching and training junior members of a team.
