PRN / Travel Caregiver D. A. Crowe Conservatorship: In this position, the candidate will be used on PRN as needed or will act as a TRAVEL Caregiver in the family residence in Tucson, the family residence in Pinetop or on-board the fully handicap accessible custom Motorcoach traveling with the family to provide the highest quality 1:1 'total care" to a disabled adult female family member.  The ideal candidate for this positon will be a self-starter who keeps busy.

Duties: · Provide one on one direct care · Assist patient with personal care, including dressing, mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene, changing adult diaper and transportation · Adept at meal preparation and feeding using a PEG tube · Assisting in the maintenance of a household · Responsible for performing routine medical instructions and routine medical equipment maintenance · Maintain an open communication with family regarding patient's medical and emotional condition -Ability to handle a variety of emergency situations · Ensure highest patient safety and well-being · Ability to transfer 140lb patient using a Hoyer lift -PRN availability (will adjust hours to accommodate) Requirements: • Current AZ CNA License or HHA License • Previous experience with incapacitated and non-communicative patient • Previous experience feeding patient through PEG-tube • Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields • Valid First Aid and CPR certification • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card • Valid AZ Driver's License • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Occasional overnight travel Benefits/Compensation: Minimum of $14/hr/ DOE · Overtime pay for holidays worked
