John Jr's Termite & Pest Control, a local, family owned pest control company, is looking for a competent, licensed pest control technician to help service residential and commercial accounts. This is 30-40 hours per week position.

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking professional who thrives in a team environment but is also able to work independently. They will take pride in their work, and enjoy interacting with customers on a daily basis. Candidate must have proven, outstanding customer service skills and should be able to multi-task and embrace other duties as assigned. This is a job for someone who enjoys people and has a positive, can do attitude. 

Skills Required:

• Must be certified as a Pest Control Technician by the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Pest Management Division

• Must have clean driving and criminal records and be able to pass drug and background tests

• Excellent customer service skills

• Able to understand and follow oral instructions

• Able to work effectively and efficiently without supervision

• Knowledge of Tucson streets for scheduling/routing 

• Highly organized and thorough with attention to detail

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to arrive on time and work 8-hour day

Daily Tasks:

-Complete service route including both inspections and treatments for residential and commercial accounts

-Maintain clear, concise, and accurate service records

-Communicating with and between customers and office staff

-Other duties as assigned
