Bilingual Sales Associate

We are looking for an outgoing, competitive, and self-driven person with great people skills!

A strong background in social media marketing is a plus!  This position includes calling returning customers, social media postings, online & in person sales. Bilingual Spanish / English is required as we have many Spanish speaking customers.  Affordable Sales and Rentals is a locally owned rent-to-own company. As a family friendly company, our relationship with our customers is everything. We sell and rent-to-own furniture, TV's, electronics, computers and appliances. Selling is easy with so many ways to qualify people, but we are looking for sales associates with high energy who are self-motivated. You will have clear sales goals that offer bonuses, but how big of a bonus you receive is entirely up to you!  The general physical requirements in merchandising the floor, include routine lifting, loading and moving of merchandise up to 50 lbs., stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching and grabbing as required.  This position is for full-time employment. Bonuses and benefits with paid holidays! We all work 5 days a week, Mon-Saturday (with a day off during week), and the store is closed Sundays.  We establish long-term customer relationships and are looking for a team member that wants a career and not just a job.
