Focus Heating has been in business for 17 years serving the Santiam Canyon and the Willamette Valley. We are a family owned business based out of Stayton. Our business is based upon our honesty and customer service. We want what is right for our customer first! Not what is right for our bottom line. WHAT WE DO

We are a team of service experts who handle everything from small repairs of residential heating and cooling systems to large replacements of commercial equipment.

KEY TASKS

• Serve as a strategic thought partner, producing a financial infrastructure for sustained growth.
• Build and maintain detailed financial reports to support short and long-term strategic planning.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators.
• Regularly present analysis and reports in an easy-to-understand format.
• Process accounts payable.
• Oversee AR, payroll, cash management and all related accounting procedures. 
• Manage accounts to establish priorities, set objectives, and provide guidance and feedback.
• Provide accurate, on-time income statements & reports to owner.
• Coordinate with external agencies for tax planning, preparation and reporting.
• Ensure that state and federal income tax reporting is accurate and current.
• Shape company culture by carrying out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity.
• Serve as secondary CSR for phone & scheduling backup.
• Manage employee benefits & payroll.
• Prepare financial numbers to pass on to accountant. 
• Reconcile accounts.
