As a Call Center Representative you will work in a fast-paced, environment to deliver the best experience to our respondents and clients. In this position you will need excellent communication skills to make outbound calls to focus group candidates and an abundance of energy and poise to provide a warm and accommodating atmosphere to all who attend the focus group sessions. Additional duties include: Reading and recording candidate responses Greeting clients Receptionist duties Must be available during the day shift (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Must be able to work 4 to 5 hours per shift, days of the week, schedules may vary. Generally no weekends.
