Currently, our facility in Boston, MA is seeking Part-Time employees to work variable hours as a Client Service Representative. As a CSR you will: Work in a fast paced environment Responsible for checking-in & confirming study participants Greeting clients & delivering excellent customer service Responding to client issues & taking corrective action(s) to resolve Assisting with the overall cleanliness of the entire facility Performing other duties/tasks including, but not limited to: Administrative work Reception Hospitality This is a great opportunity for: Homemakers, retirees, students & anyone with a flexible schedule Individuals with an abundance of energy Has a warm & accommodating personality Requirements: Excellent verbal & written communication skills Previous administrative, hospitality, and/or host experience preferred High level professionalism at all times MUST be available to start as early as 6:30 AM   The days of the week and number of hours per week vary.
