As a Healthcare Recruiter at Focus Staff, we take pride in working with our clients and sales team to identify and screen healthcare professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Creatively source and attract qualified candidates for key roles using strategic recruiting methods
• Collaborate with Hospital Administrators, Managers and other top decision-makers in the healthcare industry to implement a solution to their urgent and critical staffing needs
• Skillfully negotiate services and agreement terms
• Assists in the development of a creative staffing plan to support current hiring needs that meet Focus Staff standards
• Strategically assist hiring managers and HR to identify and clarify job specifications to effectively source the best pool of candidates
• Ensure all hiring practices and policies are adhered to
• Establish and/or maintain advantageous relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidate pool
• Build and maintain workflow within CRM as directed by management
• May assist hiring managers and candidates to ensure compliance with the company’s policies and legal requirements
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to match staffing needs and goals in a vibrant environment

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Word and computer applications in general
• Problem solver and ambition to understand and implement team strategies
• Organizational and prioritizing skills with the abilities to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment

$40,000 PER YEAR BASE PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION
