    Business development / B2B sales, all levels (consumer healthcare / PPE / face masks)

    Folia PPE is hiring a sales team to sell massive amounts of our new anti-viral face masks.

    Folia PPE’s anti-viral paper coating makes face masks anti-viral. 

    • Our patented technology is 99.99% effective.
    • FDA-approval in early 2021 for an anti-SARS-CoV-2 claim.
    • Patented low-cost manufacturing process.
    • Face mask MSRP will be $1.
    • Folia sells B2B bulk sales of either our anti-viral material or anti-viral face masks.

    We're aiming to sell a billion masks.

     

    Positions open: Account Executive, Key Account Manager, senior level Business Development

    Folia PPE is looking to build an entrepreneurial sales team for U.S. sales of our anti-viral face masks. U.S. FDA approval is expected in late Q1 2021.

    We are looking for a team to prospect, segment, qualify, and sell to large buyers. We are looking for candidates that have direct sales experience selling to:

    • Government through brokers: senior personnel with existing broker relationships
    • Medical through brokers: senior personnel with existing broker relationships
    • B2B sales of white label products to consumer goods or consumer healthcare brands
    • B2B to face mask brands
    • B2B raw materials sales to face mask manufacturers

    The ideal candidate has extensive experience selling consumer healthcare products like PPE, band-aids, OTC, or other consumables into these channels. You should have a track record of selling large volumes to wholesalers and other large buyers.

    We are looking for either a broker network to government, a broker network to medical, or B2B sales of white label products to consumer goods brands.

    We are not looking for experience in pharma, complex medical equipment sales, B2C, D2C, software, complex enterprise sales, or retail trade. Candidates with these backgrounds will be rejected in pre-screen prior to the job review committee. 

    We are looking to hire immediately. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Mid-level candidates: B2B prospecting and sales - B2B pipeline lead identification, qualification, and relationship development.
    • Senior candidates: Sales execution - create initial sales materials, negotiations, incentives and pricing, contracts. Close deals.
    • Problem solving - solve inevitable problems in a startup environment.  We are not a large corporate, so you will need to be driven to do whatever it takes to land sales.

    Requirements

    • B2B sales track record
    • MID-LEVEL: 4-10 years experience in business development as an account executive or key account manager, director, or similar. Note: at this time, we are looking for sellers, not managers but please check back.
    • SENIOR: 10+ years experience with at least one example of selling a brand new product and growing sales from zero: market research and segmentation, creating initial materials, closing first sales, and then expansion.
    • Entrepreneurial drive, a self starter able to build from zero
    • Business development / sales track record in consumer health, consumer goods, or other B2B mass market consumer product bulk sales.
    • Experience and understanding of B2B consumer goods brands and mass market retail: consumer health, consumer goods, OTC, or other mass market products, general trade retail, CPG, trade incentives, etc. 
    • Create and manage a sales pipeline: Prospecting, outreach, conversion, negotiating, closing.  
    • Sales materials: ability to create sales collateral as needed. Explain and quantify the business revenue opportunity to key account buyers.
    • Excellent communication skills: able to communicate complex ideas in an organized and coherent manner to a non-technical audience

    Preferred

    • Experience in B2B sales in consumer healthcare, e.g. JnJ, band aids, similar mass market 
    • Existing relationships that directly tie into your plan of attack to achieve large-scale sales

    Location

    Remote. Your job is to talk to clients which can be done from anywhere.

    Compensation

    Competitive market compensation including attractive upside for meeting and exceeding sales targets. A potential ownership stake as long-term value is established. You would be able to achieve virtually unlimited commission as you would be starting sales of anti-viral face masks across the United States.
